Actually, not yet! But, I'm just taking some break after eating laksa that I bought just now, right after the class. HAHA! Talk about eating, I definitely 110% sure that it is one of my hobby.
I love to eat whenever I see such a tempting dish... Sometimes, I spend over the limit for a day on food and beverages... As long as we want to eat, just go for it! As for me, I don't care whether it is a stall or in a restaurant, as long as the food is so yummy, it will be good enough and I just love the delicious serving...
No one can stop me....
If I not order two dish at once, it is not me.. hehe =). Usually, when it comes to lunch or dinner, I eat two dish together, one will be of course 'nasi', and the other one is some kind of soup, tomyam or laksa... My favourite drink, haha.. bet me! Of course, the mild chocolate colour with ices, and sweet milky taste, TEH AIS! Simple, isn't? In TERENGGANU or KELANTAN, it will be TEH BENG instead of teh ais.. cool! =) I start to love drink this in FORM 1 if I'm not mistaken. Since childhood, I just order MILO in the restaurant. But, my mom always order teh ais, and it makes me wonder the taste. HAHA! I had tried it, and now I'm addict to it.... hehe =)
Thanks to Allah, I can eat anything without having complications such as allergies or other symptoms. Whether seafood, meat or chicken, I can swallow anything that I want... pergh! Sounds like a huge monster! =P Usually, I'm the fastest one to order among my family members or my friends. I just order straight away whenever I see something tempting in the menu. HUH, that's me!
How about my weight? Thanks to ALLAH again, because I'm the one who eat a lot, without having problems about my weight. Some says that I have a high metabolism, that's why! I'm not so sure about that, maybe.... my weight only ranging from 44 kg to 46 kg. I remember once, my weight almost 50 kg. But then, it drop again to 46 kg... HAHA! Sorry guys, I make you jealous, isn't it? hehe...=) just kidding!
BUT! Guys, let me tell you a fact of mine... I hate cakes! It really hard for me to finish even a slice.... Whether the cake is for my birthday, I really don't like it.. Just one cake that really makes me a reliable hunger... hehe... it is chocolate indulgence!! sweet and smooth.... nice.....Okay!!
Now, let me share some tips with you about the etiqate (sorry if wrong spelling) for eating :
- Sunnah Rasulullah, take the food that is near to us first, only then, we take the far one.
- If possible, just eat 'nasi' using our hands. My teacher says that our hands have enzyme to digest our food.
- When we use a bowl and a spoon, to eat bubur or anything, make sure we do not dip the spoon at the middle, but start with the part near to the wall of the bowl. ( faham x? ngee~)
- When we eat chicken chop, steak or fish and chip, HAHA! senang cakap when we use the knife, (betul ke?) hold the knife at your right hand, and fork at your left hand. Seriously, I tell you, mine is vice versa. For me, it is much easy... *wink*
- It will be more adorable if you can use chopsticks when you eat sizzling or hot plate. I am practising... uuuyeah!! =)) HAHA! Gone crazy...
- Sunnah Rasulullah again, to crunch the food 40 times before you swallow it.
- It is better if we just drink one hour before and one hour after we finish eating. I've read it in a motivational book.
- Do not drink at once... It is a bad lifestyle...
- Whenever you eat, control your communication with others, or else you will choke! HAHA
- Eat fruits before you eat heavy meal... such as dinner and lunch...
